Tristan is a British TV and Film Composer based just outside of London. He studied briefly at the University of Surrey and has gone on to become an assistant to both Simon Whiteside (Orchestrator for Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and Harry Brown) and Stephen Baysted (Project Cars, Need For Speed: Shift).
In 2016, Tristan was the orchestrator for ITV's popular primetime TV drama 'Endeavour (Series 4)'. His music was synced via production library music on the 'Save The Day' campaign, directed by Joss Whedon (the Avengers) and starring Robert Downey Jr, Mark Ruffalo, Scarlett Johansson and other Hollywood stars amongst many other BBC1, ITV1 and Channel 5 television programmes.
Tristan has arranged strings alongside Chris Wheeler for the established Indietronica band 'Hot Chip' as part of Nike's 'Unlimited You' workout event on Brick Lane and has also arranged music for two-time Mercury Award nominee 'Anna Calvi'. In addition to this, he has worked as the assistant orchestrator for Drum and Bass artist 'Goldie' (MBE) for his concert at the Royal Festival Hall in 2015. He was also the additional orchestrator and copyist for Wizards vs Aliens -Series 3 (CBBC)
In May 2016, Tristan had his music recorded in Studio One at Abbey Road Studios with Isobel Griffiths' London Orchestra who have performed more than 700 scores to date, including Skyfall and Spectre. The music was co-wrote, arranged and orchestrated by Chris Egan. He has written additional music for 2016's Red Bull Air Race game and arranged music for a Yorkshire-based video production company, aired on ITV.
